These are Cordura Knife/Multitool/Magazine/Mace Sheaths. They will hold a knife, multi-tool, mace canister, or ammo magazine.
In the first pic they are holding a 3 oz mace, two standard 1911 .45 mags, and a Leatherman Ti Charge. Price is for a single sheath.
