This is a Wenger Swiss Army Knife Classic. I have a few of these, and they're all new in the box with an original price of $15 on them. I got a deal since they were stamped with a company logo on the back. You could probably remove the logo with some fine-grain sandpaper if you wish. They come as shown, with the box, black sleeve, and warranty paper.
