This is a metal keychain lighter that uses standard lighter fluid. It has an O-ring seal to keep the fluid from evaporating.
It is shipped empty as required by law. You will need to fill it with lighter fluid before use. It operates similar to a Zippo lighter.
If desired, you can also remove the lighter insert and use the waterproof outer container to carry pills or other small items.
